The house was renovated 5 years ago and is currently being updated for the new tenants! The bathrooms are being refurbished with new toilets, a new shower, new vanities, new mirrors and taps. If the new tenants wish, an air condition will also be installed!

About the surroundings:

The next supermarket is around 4 minutes away by car. The expressway ring-road starts right in front of the supermarket and takes you into Vienna's city center in around 20 minutes or onto the highway to the International Organisations in 10 around minutes. Klosterneuburg's city center is around 7 minutes away and you will find all kinds of shops, doctors, kindergarten, schools there.

About the house:

The house itself offers a huge combined dining-living area with a fireplace and several doors leading into the garden. On top of that there is a glas patio/veranda, which can be opened completely to allow the sun directly into the house... 

The kitchen is furnished with all applicances (dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge-freezer-combination) and offers a lot of working and storage space.

There also is a pantry plus more storage underneath the stair case.

On the upper floor the house consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a little storage. 

One of the bedrooms includes a walk-in closet and access to an intern gallery. The gallery could be a great place for an excercise machine or an office space.

For all others, 10% VAT has to be added, so that the monthly rent comes to 2.995,30 EURO plus around 55,- EURO monthy water down payment.

The rental contract is limited to 5 years, a prolongation possible. (If your assignment in Austria is shorter or shortend during the contract period, a solution will be found.)

The house is currently being updated and shall be ready to move in by the end of August 2020. Visits are possible anytime!
