The light and sunny roof-top apartment was built in 2003 and offers around 60 m² of living space. Its wisely designed floor plan offers a lot of storage and a generous sense of space.

The apartment was furnished with high-quality, mostly Italian design pieces and German kitchen appliances (Siemens etc)!

The area:

It is located in the heart of Vienna's trendy 6th district, where you are surrounded by shopping areas, restaurants, and entertainment possibilities and also public transport offers best connections in all directions:

Bus 57A stops just next to the house and only needs a couple of minutes to U6 metro station Gumpendorfer Strasse, from where you reach one of the main train stations - Westbahnhof - in around 1 minute. Here you can board airport busses and airport trains as well as intercity railways.

In the other direction, Bus 57A brings you into the center (Burgring) in only a couple of minutes.

U4-metro stop Pilgramgasse and U3-metro stop Zieglergasse are both within a walking distance of around 8 minutes.

Furthermore busses 12A, 13A und 14A stop in the area and take you to a number of metro stations.

The apartment and its interior:

You reach the roof-top level of the house via an elevator with a security key only available to apartment tenants. A small covered passageway in the inner courtyard leads to the apartment.

Once you enter the apartment, you find yourself in a spacious open entrance area, which is shared with the fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is kept in a creamy white with a granite work top.

Additional to the "normal" appliances like stove, oven, fume hood, fridge-freezer, and dish-washer you will also find a micro wave, a steamer, an espresso coffee machine, a mixer, a toaster, a water boiler as well as cutlery, glases and table ware.

The separate toilet and a small storage room are also accessible from the entrance area. The storage is already equipped with a small ladder, a vacuum cleaner and some cleaning utensils.

Behind the kitchen area, the entrance becomes a spacious corridor, from which you enter the bathroom.

In the bathroom you will find a well sized shower, a vanity, a small shelf, a washing mashine and even a dryer. Furthermore a designer towel dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a soap dispenser and a range of towels are available.

The corridor ends in an open living area of almost 30 m². The many windows and the high ceiling create a spacious yet cosy feeling and the big wooden table with 6 leather chairs, a sitting area as well as storage and TV and stereo fit in easily.

For more storage you will find a walk-in closet, which is already equipped with shelves, drawers and clothes rails. Iron and ironing board are stored here at the moment.

Finally, a wooden spiral staircase leads up to a gallery with a king/queen size bed from Grüne Erde, an Austrian organic producer. 

The apartment is available as of now and is rented completely furnished and equipped for (a maximum of) 5 years.

The monthly rent including furniture, charges of the house and VAT is 1.280,- EURO
